Stuck on something?

Email info@liveryyardpro.co.uk and a person will answer. Before you do, these cover most of what comes up.

I have forgotten my password

Use “Forgotten password” on the sign-in screen. The reset email arrives from a liveryyardpro.co.uk address — if it has not appeared within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

A horse an owner shared is not showing up

Pull down on the yard list to refresh. If it still is not there, the owner may have generated the connection but not finished choosing which horses to share — the code is redeemed in their app, and the horses are picked in the same step.

Part of a horse's record says it is locked

That is the owner's setting, not a fault. They chose which areas to share when they redeemed your code, and they can change it in their own app at any time. Ask them directly — the app will not request it on your behalf.

The app says “showing what we last saw”

It could not reach the server, so you are looking at the cached copy from the time it names. Everything you log while offline is still recorded; the banner clears once the phone gets signal back.

A groom created their own yard by mistake

They should sign out and use “Join a yard” with the code you send them instead. The empty yard they created can be left alone — email us if you would like it removed.

A session has no distance on it

That is deliberate for arena work. Schooling, lunging, jumping, in-hand walking and the rest are timed only, because a phone cannot separate twenty minutes of circles from GPS drift in a 20×40 school. Hacking, cross country, competition and hunting do record a route.

I want my yard's data deleted

Email info@liveryyardpro.co.uk from the address on the account. We will confirm it is you, delete the yard and its records, and tell you when it is done. Horses belong to their owners, so their records stay with them.
