What we can commit to now

Staff are not an upsell

A yard is a team. Charging by the groom would push yards into sharing one login, and a shared login destroys the one thing the timeline is for — knowing who did what.

Owners are not charged

The owner's side of the connection is theirs. Sharing a horse with your yard will not cost your liveries anything.

Monthly, and cancellable

It will be a monthly subscription you can stop when you want to. No minimum term, and no set-up fee.

What we are working on next

None of the following is in the app today. It is here so you can see where LiveryYardPro is going before you decide whether it suits your yard — not so it can be counted as something you would be paying for.

  • Stables and occupancy — Which horse is in which box, and what is free.
  • Yard tasks and rotas — Jobs assigned to staff, recurring and ticked off.
  • Livery billing — Monthly livery, extras and what is outstanding.
  • Documents — Passports, insurance and livery agreements against the horse.
  • Reports — A month of the yard’s care and work, summarised.
  • Web access — The same yard from a laptop in the office.
